    9. BYST, Rural Haryana organized training program on 14th of June2007. The theme of the program was "BUSSINESS MENTORING: THINKING AHEAD". Mr.Mahavir Singal delivered the keynote address. Mr. Singal gained the preliminary knowledge about the business of the entrepreneurs and asked them about their problems, plans and expectations out of the training program. He spoke on the opportunities created after liberalization and the role of business community can play in creating an entrepreneurial culture in Indian. He also spoke on the role of effective mentoring in creating a successful entrepreneur.

    Moreover he told to entrepreneur if the condition is not favorable than don't afraid it and try to face it because if you face it than you will overcome it.
    Mr. Singhal also emphasized on time management, he explained that the availability and on time delivery is an important aspect of good service. He emphasized on improving skills and minimizing the wastage.
    One of Entrepreneur Mr Raju Singh gave the vote of thanks to the faculty for the session.

    Entrepreneur must aware about the importance of training programme and the benefits of it, they knew about their problems and solutions also.
    Entrepreneur must aware about exhibition and their importance that will be very be useful for them.
