Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust conducted a training program on 25th of July 2005 on “The Complete Solutions for Small Business Enterprises” from 3.30 p.m to 5.00 p.m in BYST Office at Begumpet. Mr. Er.N.Viswanattam, Projects and Management Consultant from SSR Technical Consultants, was the resource person.

Altogether 10 BYST entrepreneurs attended the programme. The group of entrepreneurs included hi flyers, average business doers and poor performers. The Secretariat gave a brief introduction about the speaker to the group. Then the session was taken over by Mr. Viswanattam.

He asked the entrepreneurs to briefly share about their business details. Then he briefly informed the entrepreneurs about his services. He said he could help the entrepreneurs in preparation of Project Reports for getting bigger loans from the banks, identifying the right financial support services and technical support services and in marketing. He added that as the entrepreneurs develop their businesses they would require more guidance. He advised them to take the help of mentors, as they would be able to offer them professional help.He also said that in this competitive and business scenario, everyone should keep changing his business strategy, which suits the customers most and still strive to maintain the quality of the product. He wanted the session to be more interactive. So he encouraged the entrepreneurs to ask questions.

Seeing the entrepreneurs posing more questions to him, he decided to give few minutes for each entrepreneur. He requested one by one to raise their questions. Then he answered them to their satisfaction. He gave chances to everyone. In this way the entrepreneurs could clear their various doubts like how to approach the nationalized banks for higher loans, how to increase their customers base, how to file their IT returns and how to get rid of non performing fixed assets.

Finally he said that the BYST entrepreneurs could contact him at any time to get his help. He gave his visiting cards to all the entrepreneurs so that they can contact him any time to seek his assistance for professional help. On the whole the participants were satisfied that they could clear their doubts and were happy about the program.
