BYST has helped train countries like Sri Lanka, Mauritius, and South Africa set-up similar programmes. BYST is also a founding partner of Youth Business International (YBI), which is a worldwide network of youth business programmes helping disadvantaged young people start their own businesses. They achieve this by mobilising the business community to provide seed funds and support during the critical early stages of business formation. Through this network BYST is helping set-up benchmarks and exchange best practices among member countries.

Apart form helping other YBIs set-up programmes in their countries, BYST is providing long term consultancy in terms of how to develop a partnership with the private sector, how to source entrepreneurs and mentors, and other day-to-day activities on how to run a successful entrepreneurship development programme.

The online Mentor training program available on this site is a tool that can be used by the mentors at BYST and other interested people to develop and enhance their skills in mentoring. The program offers different kinds of training exercises for people in different categories. The training program has different subjects carefully selected bearing in mind the requirement of the target group. There are different topics in each subject. The topics further have reading material and exercises based on the reading material. Each registered user also has a private space of his own where he can discuss and chat on the issues discussed in the training. This makes the training interactive and more effective.

Business Performance Tracking System (BPTS) is a complete package for recording, maintaining and reporting the personal and project profile of an entrepreneur, the loan instalment structure and repayment entries, mentoring details, and business performance of an entrepreneur. The application also generates various graphs and reports based on the data entered in the system, which helps in analysing the performance of the entrepreneurs and the organisation as a whole over a period of time.

A module to train entrepreneurs to start their business in travel and tourism. BYST collaborated with Junior Achievement International, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan and Global Travel and Tourism Partners to customise the module for Indian conditions to train young underprivileged youth for starting their business in travel and tourism.
