Knowledge Base At BYST, our aim is to turn young people from job seekers to job creators. Apart from providing financial assistance, what really makes us unique is the mentoring that we extend to these budding entrepreneurs through the voluntary services of mentors.   The mentor provides invaluable guidance, monitors progress, and helps in nurturing the business of these entrepreneurs. As we say, Knowledge is Power and this is what is passed on from the mentor to the mentee. The mentor, with his/her vast experience in the fields of marketing, finance, management, etc. guides the budding entrepreneur in unraveling the myriad problems that a new business might encounter.   We have tried to capture some of the knowledge and information that mentors may use while guiding entrepreneurs.
