Focus: Asia is a continent of resourceful entrepreneurs. But in order to create jobs, this environment of enterprise needs to be harnessed at the grassroots level. How does a nation create an entrepreneurial culture, especially amongst the youth? Equally important, what are the ways in which such enterprises can be sustained and made scalable?

Plenary II : Turning Job Seekers into Job Creators
Focus: With job opportunities in the organized private sector shrinking and Governments facing a resource crunch, the attention has now turned to the informal sector. Across developing economies, the informal sector accounts for a majority of the jobs created, but many of these jobs are not sustainable. How to build an atmosphere where youth are encouraged to set up businesses on their own and create jobs for others?

Plenary III : Public-Private Partnership for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Development
Focus: A country will never be able to initiate and sustain a successful movement of entrepreneurship unless all stakeholders, including Governments, NGOs, educational institutions, lending agencies and the private sector work together and explore synergies. On what contours can such partnerships be built?

Plenary IV : Debate on Motion "Entrepreneurs Create Wealth not Jobs"
Focus: The focus of successful entrepreneurs is to create physical and intellectual assets, and enhance shareholder value. Unfortunately, while this has built wealth for entrepreneurs and the nation, it hasn't created sufficient jobs that young people in developing economies desperately need. Does this mean that job and wealth creation don't mesh?
