Because corporate intervene in so many areas of social life, they must be responsible towards society and the environment. In India as in the rest of the world there is a growing realization that capital markets and corporations are, after all, created by society and must therefore serve it, not merely profit from it. And those consumers and citizens' campaigns can make all the difference.

He said that, since business cannot succeed in a society that fails, it has become imperative for companies to partner in the development of the community and environment. This has resulted in the creation of opportunities for partnerships between companies and non-governmental organizations, not-for-profit organizations, governmental agencies and other social enterprises.

At this juncture when we are talking about the inclusive and more equitable development, we must also focus on the potential of corporate sector to support in the development of entrepreneurs.

On this occasion he announced his companies plan for Corporate Social responsibility towards entrepreneurship development.
